1. Outdated Browser
Issue:
- Your web browser is not updated to the latest version.
Solution:
- To ensure the best performance and compatibility, make sure you're using the latest version of your preferred browser.
2. Resolving CSV and Autosave Overlaps
Issue:
- All URLs in the CSV file may already be saved in the autosave file, causing the Phantom to stop immediately upon launch.
Solution:
- If your Phantom stops abruptly upon launch, it may be due to all URLs in your CSV file being present in the autosave file. To fix this, consider the following steps:
- Check your autosave file for the URLs.
- On Windows, autosave files can be found in your user’s Documents folder under a PhantomConnect Auto-Save directory.
- Decide whether to continue from where the Phantom left off or start fresh.
- If starting afresh, clean or reset the autosave file.
3. VPN Interference Issues
Issue:
- When a VPN is enabled, PhantomConnect may fail to generate CSV outputs, or it might trigger a Google captcha that pauses the automation process.
Solution:
- Turn off your VPN while PhantomConnect phantoms are running to ensure smooth operation.
